PRODUCTS
Earnest Skincare products have a recommended shelf life of approximately 12 months. All products are made with sterilised equipment and bottled in sterilised glass bottles. If the product has a strong smell or is discoloured please do not use it and notify us immediately.
CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT
Store your products below 30 degrees and keep out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. During the warmer months, you can refrigerate your products to preserve their quality.
PRODUCT DISCLOSURE
Earnest Skincare are not and can not be held responsible for the outcome or usage of any Earnest Skincare products. All ingredients used in Earnest Skincare products of high quality however unfortunately that doesn't exclude reactions. If you do have a reaction please seek your own professional advice.
DELIVERY
Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-4 business days.
Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed more than 5 days (for standard), we will let you know.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch. But please let us know if you are not happy.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
We understand, sometimes a product may fall short of hopes and expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase. We may offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.
